Working on a few mixtapes this week. Also got a a huge bank of Acapellas. Also sad that we lost MJ so I’ve been deep into music.

Came up with this little re-blend-mix-edit-whatever you wanna call it, I call it progress for me.

Probably the funniest thing that happened on tour was getting this email. Going by the name Cirene, this exotic dancer hit me up looking for the Heartless Remix off the mixtape I did with Jenna. I’m hoping to get a video of a custom Heartless routine to share with all of you but I figured this was a good place to start. So this is the first print interview I’ve ever done since I’ve been a DJ and definitely the first print interview for the Moustache Men. It also happens to be in German. Jada on Rosenberg show. Nothing new, but cleaning up the desktop I found it and wanted to post. Al-Qaeda-Jada tears this beat up, go buy his album.

My homie and one of the best DJs I’ve ever met has been killing it with the remixes of late. The JT x Ciara joint and now this. Listen carefully as Bastid laces the instrumental references Wale mentions into the track. Bananas!!!

Rap DJs its time to step your game up!

Curtis just dropped a new mixtape. He’s removed a lot of the annoying pullbacks, gunshots and most importantly, whoo kid who we can all live with less of.

That being said the mixtape has a lot of forgettable tracks. Its not bad as a body of work, but most of them are barely B-side quality. I really hope its not a foreshadowing up Before I Self Destruct

So yeah I’m out again, jet set (well AC set) to Vancouver for some gigs and I saw this and wish my luggage got an upgrade. Literally you’d need jet plane money or arab money to cop this Dunhill x Andrew Harper holdall bag. Its $3070 USD. But don’t you just love it?

The weekend started with a decision to go to Ottawa at about 10:15pm. The bus was leaving at 10:30pm and I barely made it. Pre-gaming on the bus, I made it out to Lago, where Kid SL & DJ Tanner were ripping it up and it lead to all three of us along with PIC Jackie getting hammered. Kenza, Traci, DJ Illo, Iggy Smalls, South Rakkas were also in town getting dunned up too.

Sunday was the most painful drive ever to Toronto, but felt worse for DJ Tanner who had a brutal wake up call.

Sunday I got up with Firstlady D, Youngfreshnew, toflo, bunitall, rochester juice, big ives, roshine, and a handful of others. Called it a night early, but missed out on the Faction crew at Czehski’s (sp??)

Monday was meetings all day then stylus at night.

Big big shoutouts to my homie Andrew @ Ransom Holding Co. for the fitted love, and huge shoutout to CY @ the swoosh who had me dressed head to toe for the Stylus awards.
