I forgot I took this shot. I had to. Not because it was the last thing i would eat of the year, but because the Claremont’s duck confit brie poutine was spectacular.

Best poutine I had in ’08 for sure & best meal i’ve had at the claremont in years.

I wish they would add a tartar to the menu, maybe this year.
